Refunds and Returns

For unopened packages we can offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once a sealed package has been opened.

Of course, if there is a fault with the product or you are not completely happy please contact us at customercare@urbanshieldfacemasks.com and we’ll endeavour to respond within 48 hours and do everything we can to resolve the issue satisfactorily. If returning an item, all promotional items must be returned with them.

You can send your returns to our head office address found below. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our offices. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward with a returns form enclosed in your package. We recommend that you use a carrier that will provide a traceable return process until the parcel is received in our warehouse it remains your responsibility.
